Food was great! We will be back soon everything was good, big portions definitely gets you full quickly. The atmosphere was cool not too loud outside like other outside restaurants in downtown overall very calm environment with the lights and music. Give it a try!

Im giving a 3 star because I feel like this could be a 4-5 star place. First off, the exhaust system needs to be upgraded or the place wont last through the winter. The inside is filled with grill smoke. The food was very tasty. We had the molcajate. It comes with the top hal of the tilapia. I would rather pay for the entire fish or have the bottom half with more meat. My last comment has to do with table service. My waiter was very friendly. We ordered two entrees, one after finishing the other. Our table was full of dirty dishes, and the wait staff prioritized cleaning empty tables over cleaning ours. This is not uncommon in American restaurants, but it is extremely frustrating. I’ll come back for sure and give the yummy food a second chance.

Very disappointed, honestly the Mexican food trucks have better and more authentic food then this place, you have to pay for chips and salsa and it’s absolutely not worth it, food it’s expensive and not a big portion, you would think because the place looks good it will be the best Mexican food of your life but no sadly. Something as simple as arroz con pollo and the Chiken was burnt. My husband’s fajitas plate was like a toddler portion chiken was burnt and the steak has a bunch of grease skin. The big tall lady not very approachable, I was expecting a lot, but I have had better service, food and experience. I’m sorry for the bad review I’m just so upset y’all made $80 from me and I didn’t even eat the food. Jamaica drink was the only thing I liked. Do better. Y’all gready the prices are not worth it.

Vibrant space, delicious food, friendly service & salsa dancing too. We went on a Monday night to learn to Salsa dance. And it was fun learning new moves. And the one hour lesson is free for all, then 2 more hours of music and dancing. However, we went early, sat outside, enjoyed THE THREE AMIGOS - chips with 3 dips - guacamole, salsa & quest. Had to refill water glasses to before our many course. The heat from the salsa was mild, but the heat from the day continued. Great tastes rolled through my mouth and over my buds. Seating inside & out ADA compatible, and full bar with 10 craft beers on tap.

I got the chicken salad bowl it was big but chicken had no flavor. This place is weird you have to go up to the register order ,pay &get your own condiments. Might as well just go to McDonald’s cause thats the service they are giving. When I paid I left a tip cause I thought the guy was our waiter but there was no point in leaving a tip because I had to do everything myself. Los tacos al pastor had no flavor.

While we did have to wait awhile to get our food, the dishes themselves were delicious! They all have great flavors, are interesting and creative renditions of traditional fare, and showcase really nice use of many varieties of peppers. The mixed drinks were also tasty. We had a very enjoyable experience.

We went to their salsa dance night. It was a lot of fun and there were a bit of people there! Can’t wait for the next one! It’s a nice, cozy environment in a convenient location. Specialty drinks are $10-$18 and beers are around $7. Not cheap, but definitely worth it.

Atmosphere is good (they should wait to play hip hop till later in evening). Unfortunately, the food is…terrible. I hate writing reviews like this in our city- but I need to warn people about eating here so the restaurant understands they need new food. It was room temperature, no flavor, the chicken tasted rubbery Guac & salsa had no zest or salt chips were stale…Service was just okay, could be friendlier. Prime spot in Bailey park-needs to step it up!
